The spring meeting of the OCRMC coincided with Mt. Hood Show. The meeting was held at the Marie Callenders restaurant in Gresham. 21 attended the meeting.
President John Burford called the meeting to order at 1:15 p.m.
Officer's Reports
Both the Treasurers report and Secretary minutes were approved.
A bill from the Bulletin Editor was approved. Judy Rochefort discussed having the bulletin on e-mail and encouraged everyone to have one e-mail for each club so that person can report to their club. Discussion followed.
A discussion followed about the web site.
Capitol Case
Geri Esch introduced Dan Groach, who will take over the duties of the Capitol Case. Dan is a member of the Willamette Agate Club. A discussion followed about the lights for the case. There are
plug-ins in the case so if you want more light the club could use that. The table below present the near-term schedule for the Capitol Case.

Future OCRMC Meetings
The Oregon Council's Annual Meeting will be August 7, 2004. It will be held at the Swoya Tennis Center 3333 Walnut Avenue, in Coos Bay. This date coincides with the Far West Show. The meeting will begin at 1 p.m.
The OCRMC fall meeting will coincide with the Portland Regional Show. The meeting will be held on October 2, 2004. The Oregon Council Trophy will be awarded at the Portland Regional Show. Encourage members of your club to enter a case in this competition.
The meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m.
