Meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. by President John Burford.
Capital Case
Dan Groah is in charge of the Capitol case. He has 3 people from WAMS club that have been approved thru Security at the Capitol to have the keys to assist if Dan is not available. The Capitol is Not open on weekends. Mt. Hood has their display in until November 2005. Dan will report at the Fall meeting which club will be next.
Treasurers report
John discussed that he was contacted about Idaho having some changes. No details yet.
Fall Meeting
Fall meeting will be held at Portland Regional, October 1st in Hillsboro. Troy and Elnora will find a place for us to meet. The Oregon Council Trophy will be given at the show. Encourage members from your club to display (all Oregon material) Judges will be Lenora Smith, Rod Beck and John Burford. They will start judging at 11 am Saturday October 1st. Any individual or club can display to help promote rockhounding in Oregon.

John introduced the new Web-Master, Dan Zaiss. Dan and Judy are working to get information transferred to Dan.
Operating Procedures & Bylaws
Beth and committee went thru the Operating Procedure changes to bring them up to date. A few changes were suggested and approved. Discussion followed. Motion was made and approved to make the changes and have copies at the Fall meeting.
Beth also volunteered with the help of the same committee to go thru the By Laws and bring them up to date and suggest changes to be made if necessary. They will report at the Fall meeting.
Nominating Committee
Motion was made and second to approve the officers as is for another year.
LeRoy from Lakeview will check with Frank to see if he still wants to be OPLAC officer from the Lakeview area.
